I ordered the Microsoft project professional software on Thursday 10th October,2024 and it’s says 24hrs to be delivered. I haven’t received any key and I sent an email , no response as well.

Hi I've put an order in and you've not even sent anything to me, I've check my spam I've check everything I have nothing, your policy states 24hrs to receive my order and it's been 3 days since my order I've emailed your company and I've had no response back what so ever

Ordered from them b4 no issues but they have gone BUST. Companies house shows 16 Jan 2024 and previously on Oct 2023 under slightly different name.
Their website is still taking your orders and money, u get automatic email response but no product. No response on email and if u ring a remote reception answer service. It's a scam now.

I ordered Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021, order Number UN12092 from 26.12.2023.
I still didn't receive my item. They didn't answer on email.
Don't buy their products. Don't make such mistakes like me.

Same as the review below…… take the order but have wound up on company’s house there is no way to contact them all auto returned by postmaster. Just don’t.

This company seems to have folded going by the companies house website, however it is still taking orders. It's been a week from I ordered and the emails are being auto returned by the postmaster. Be very aware!

Ordered two boxed versions of windows 11 Pro with USB, products received were not genuine - both had the same product key printed on a small piece of paper, no authentic windows hologram, no windows box just a cheap USB key. Would not recommend anyone to buy, there's a reason the prices look too good.

From order to delivery was ridiculously long. I ordered Windows 11 USB. I was expecting a retail version as seen in the product pictures, instead what I got was basically a generic company usb stick (credit card style), a flimsy plastic cd sleeve that you used to use in the early 2000s for pirated DVDs and a piece of paper that looks like it's from an Epson inkjet printer. I have usb sticks & printer at home and could've easily used Microsoft's media creation tool myself and saved some money. Had I have known I wouldnt receive a RETAIL USB psyical copy (As pictured on the product page), then I would have just purchased the product key only. Communication via email is weird as you only get responses close to midnight.

Are they a scam company? You do receive a product, the only scam is you don't get what you're led to believe and see on the product page. My experience can help other determine whether this is deemed as a scam or not.

Are they quick to fulfill and deliver? No. Express delivery is 1-4 days so you'd expect after paying to receive in said time frame. It took 6 days to dispatch, 2 days to deliver.

A very genuine and understanding company. I had accidentally given a wrong address for my order however the technical team at Unidrax were very friendly and helped resolve the issue easily for me. Will definitely be recommending. Thankyou.

Brilliant customer support team. Had a minor issue with my product, and all I had to do was email the support team with the relevant details, and a new one was sent out with no additional charges straight away.

I was having difficulty getting my download to install. I contacted via email and got a response fairly quickly. It took some time to fix my problem - but after searching for what the problem might be (my fault for downloading the wrong thing in the first place) the problem was satisfactorily fixed. I was treated with respect and encouraging smiles - a very good service - I am very satisfied and will be purchasing from Unidrax again.

I bought an Office 2019 pro plus license from Unidrax at a great price. It was simple to use and came with all the details you would need to get up and running. I had a question about the license key. I got in contact through email they replied within minutes. The support agent was excellent and friendly.
