I HAD A REALLY INTERESTING EXPERIENCE THAT WAS NOT THE GREATEST. MY INITIAL PAYMENT FOR SOME REASON DID NOT GO THROUGH AND I RECEIVED AN EMAIL. THEN RECEIVED SOME OTHER EMAILS STATING THAT I COMPLETED A DOUBLE PAYMENT AND ONE WOULD BE SENT BACK TO MY ACCOUNT FOLLOWED BY MORE EMAILS ABOUT PAYMENTS NOT GOING THROUGH. THERE WAS A LINK SENT FOR ME TO TYPE MY INFO IN AGAIN AND AT THAT POINT IT SEEMED LIKE I WAS BEING SCAMMED. THIS WAS A PATTERN FOR CLOSE TO A MONTH. The scrub sets I bought are wonderfully made and so comfortable. Shipping was quick and customer service was professional and friendly. I appreciate the wide variety of scrubs they offer in many different sizes. Pricing was what you would expect for high quality scrubs. These will last my daughter many years. They are functional and comfortable for a twelve hour shift.

Let me tell you on whath this company wanted to do with me. I notice a charge from UA of 116.00 that I never ordered since Oct 2025 I file a complaint through Pay pal and they open up a claim for me. This company called me to cancel my refund request with paypal . Which it didnt make any sence to me I called Paypal and they told me if I close the case up that there might be a possiblity of not getting my refund. and that I cannot open up this case again once close that it Paypal told me to let them handle this please be careful

An order totaling $116.76 was placed from your account on October 3, 2025, and it was marked as delivered on October 8, 2025 with carrier tracking #481689470724.
When you contacted us the same day stating the package was not received, we immediately opened an investigation with the carrier and offered to issue a refund as you requested on October 14th, 2025. However, once a refund dispute is opened, a hold is automatically placed on the transaction, which prevents us from submitting a refund until the dispute is closed.

I purchased these men’s scrubs as a gift for my husband, and I also purchase scrubs for myself. Cherokee remains the best option for big and tall sizes, with tops that are long enough and material that’s durable without being too thin. I’ve tried other brands, but I always come back to Cherokee through UA and have already ordered additional sets. Shipping is fast, returns are easy, customer service has been prompt when needed, and the discounts are much appreciated. Highly recommend.

Returning items is the worst
Returning items is the worst. You have to do a scavenger hunt just to get it done. And they make you pay for it if you do not exchange with them.
Click on customer service and you have to put in all your info b4 you can even start.
This is my 2nd issue with them. I will go through Amazon or the Moon before I order again.
