Impressed by the quality
Despite ordering after term started (and the pre-start of term rush had passed) it took four weeks for my order to arrive.
However, when I received it I was very impressed by the quality of the sweatshirts and polo shirts. Also, the school emblem looked great.

Limited sizing options
Sizing was tricky. Either 3-4 which would have been far too small or 5-6 which I went for and had come up too big for her to wear any time soon.
I’ve had to shop elsewhere and put this back.
Order took a very long time to arrive too.

I haven’t received my items!
I received an email yesterday saying my order is complete and then an email today asking me to rate the product. I haven’t received my items and haven’t had an email to say they have been dispatched nor have a I received an email from any courier company regarding delivering them. It’s very difficult to rate something you haven’t received yet!

Thank you for the feedback. I just wanted to provide you with some information about your order. The email you received saying your order was complete was correct, this is sent to all our customers by our system when we update the status of your order to completed. You would not have received any information from a courier company as Royal Mail do not provide information for the service that you had chosen.
The email you received asking to rate the product was incorrect, thank you for pointing this out to us. This should have been sent out after you received your products to allow you enough time to review them properly. We have now adjusted the set up of our system so that this shouldn't happen again.
You have hopefully now received your products and we hope that you would be able to provide some more feedback now that you have them.
