6 Weeks+, Still no phone

I ordered a phone from them 6 weeks ago. It has STILL not arrived. Every time I reach out to customer support, they tell me they will get back to me, and then they don't get back to me. I have to keep following up 1 to 2 business days later asking for an update. They keep telling me vague statements such as "will be shipped soon", or provide me with false tracking.
Is this a scam? Had i known it would take this long, i would have just purchased straight from AliExpress.
Do not purchase from them, purchase from AliExpress instead and option for better shipping, you'd save about R500+ overall and avoid headache!
