Horridly overpriced and very low value for money
Töölö Towers came highly recommended by my employer, so I booked it for 2 weeks when I was very new to Helsinki and still looking for an apartment for longer term rent. First, the place is incredibly overpriced considering the quality and amenities they offer. The apartments have not been renovated for decades, the bathroom was stinking of urine even after repeated flushing, there was no floor mat in the bathroom, and the kitchen had an extremely old stove which did not permit good temperature regulation while cooking.
None of the apartments have in-unit washing machine or dishwasher. You will find much better, newly renovated accommodation from other agencies for half price and all amenities included - in short, don't book Töölö Towers unless it is your last or only option.
