i was charged 3 times for a supposedly la roche item,i instead received a membership program,they are trying to manipulate me and blackmailing me to give a 5 star review before they return my money.this site is a SCAM

This is a scam site

This is a scam site, after I purchased a product from them they send me an email asking me to rate them 5 stars and write a positive comment on your platform so that they may refund me.
They are blackmailing me to get my refund.
I don't want the money, I want the whole world to know that they are a scam and should be sewed

Ordered a hanging chair online

the original review is 1* because i Ordered a hanging chair online, on a site that took my payment to this site, got a "gift card" & a subscription to this site that wil charge my card every 2 weeks, instead of an order confirmation, now they refuse to refund me cause it's not their "protocol". I am changing it to 4* cause after many chats online, & many emails back & forward, they refunded my payment, i'm giving a 4* review for the escaladation team. The experience per total was still 1*.

I received an advertisement to buy FC…

I received an advertisement to buy FC Points, but the information in the ad was not true. Fortunately, the support team reviewed the situation and agreed to refund my money. I appreciate their help and quick response, but I hope that in the future the advertisements will be clear and accurate to avoid this kind of problem for other customers.
