Signed up in under 5 minutes, they didn’t call me or anything, which I appreciate cause I hate unexpected calls. Verification later was just document upload, no video chat nonsense. For me that’s a bi... See more

No phone support
Sometimes I just want to talk to a real person on the phone. Here it's only chat or email, both slow for serious issues.
Craps graphics simple, I like it
I don’t need 3D, their dice tables are clear and fast, good enough for quick rolls.
Late night distraction
I only log in when I can’t sleep. Put in maybe 10 bucks, spin for half an hour, then quit. Haven’t even used any bonus offer. Site remembers my details and everything works, so I don’t think about it too much.
Language Translation Awful
I switched the site to my language and it was clearly machine translated garbage. Menu items made no sense, rules sounded like riddles. If they can’t bother to hire a proper translator, how serious can they be about anything else?
Cashback is a joke
They brag about giving cashback but it’s some tiny percentage with more wagering on top. So you lose money, get a crumb back, and still have to gamble it. I turned it off in settings.
No app, but browser fine
I wish there was a proper app but I just pinned the website to my home screen and honestly it works about the same, so not a big deal in the end.
Friend talked me into it
I never gambled online before, thought it was all rigged. My friend sat next to me and showed how it works. I put 15 in, played blackjack and some roulette. Ended up almost even, down 3 dollars. It wasn’t as shady as I imagined, and the live dealer actually said my name right, which made me laugh.
Color scheme a bit dark
Personally I’d like option for lighter mode, but that’s taste. Functionally the casino is good: games run, payments go through. I just crank up my screen brightness and deal with it.
Confusing bonus rules
Signed up for the welcome bonus, then realized the wagering rules were a maze. I’m not new to casinos but the terms here feel purposely unclear. Lost my deposit trying to figure it out. Not going back.
Too Many Similar Slots
Scrolling through the lobby is like déjà vu. Same provider, same style, just different names. I got bored even before opening most of them. If you’re looking for variety, this is not the place.
Payment provider outages
Twice now I tried depositing and their chosen payment provider just timed out, money reserved on my bank side but not added to the casino until hours later.
Good on mobile data
Played on the train with just my mobile data and it didn’t disconnect even once. I was expecting lag but spins were normal speed and the live roulette video stayed clear enough.
Random disconnection
Twice the game disconnected in the middle of my spins, balance showed wrong number after refreshing. Support fixed it but I didn’t trust it after that. Wonder what happens if that’s during a big win.
Good for procrastination
Instead of scrolling social media when I don’t want to work, I open a slot or two. It’s not a productive habit but at least it feels slightly more engaging. I make sure to stick to small bets though.
Responsible gambling page feels fake
They have this nice page about playing responsibly, but in practice every email, popup and promotion is about depositing more and chasing losses. Words don’t match actions.
Random Disconnections During Busy Hours
Most evenings around 8-10pm I got disconnected from games with some server message. Bets usually counted but the stress of not knowing is awful. If they can’t handle traffic, maybe slow down on new player ads.
Too many similar slots
Every category is full of clones. Even the “new” ones feel like re-skins of the same basic game.
Unclear Bonus Balance Split
The way they show real money and bonus money is confusing. Sometimes a win goes to bonus balance, sometimes to cash, no clear rule visible. When I tried to withdraw, only then I realised most of it was “locked”. Felt tricked.
Bonus spins worthless
The free spins I got were on some obscure slot with almost no payout. Won like a dollar from all of them combined. Might as well have given nothing.
No phone support
Sometimes I just want to call. Here it's chat or email only. Pass.
