Absolutely no customer service at all. I contacted them with a complaint about a product and they treated my complaint like a joke. Did not even attempt to resolve it. Always check what I buy now, if Unilever make it I dont buy it.

Used for years…Changed their tablets without stating on packaging and it caused me a major allergy. Birthday and Easter ruined, weeks of hell. Offered me £20, then I said it wasn’t good enough so they then asked for photos and I waited months to be offered £20 again. Awful awful company, would never buy again.
I have been eating Colman's Mustard for at least the last 50 years. The flavour has been fine for the last 200 years. Unilever decided to change the recipe in order to "make it more palatable to the younger generation". Why change something that has been fine for millions for generations? If you wish to appeal to younger generations then create a new brand. The new flavour tastes distinctly like American mustard. If I wanted that flavour I would buy a different brand. Unilever have ruined a unique English product for no good reason.
