Don’t buy. My contractor recommended this product so I trusted him. The first year green algae??? developed at the edges. Again the second year. (Yes I was reaching out to my install but he never came. Different problem.) 3rd year I contacted Unilock and they have a product I CAN buy and I CAN apply to solve the problem of their crappy stones. If you have to create a product to solve a problem, you have a poor product The edges have disintegrated on the stones. It is not impressive. My patio is 3 years old. How much will it continue to disintegrate? I wish I could give you pictures.

Very bad customer services and the Unilock pavers quality. The Unilock employee decline of the defects on their paver products. The Unilock employee said he will follow up with the contractor who did the installation but never completed his task of the investigation. There are stains different areas on the Unilock pavers, even with efflorescence cleaner, the stains were not clear up. They never claim it is the defects of the pavers and decline to change it. Very bad customer services from this company and I would not suggest customers to spend money on their products.

Unilock has embarrassingly poor product quality and terrible customer service.

My pavers have permanent stains that are worsening every year.
Unilock refuses to acknowledge the issue.

Despite following all installation and maintenance guidelines, including using an efflorescence cleaner, the stains persist.

The company has refused to take responsibility and honour their so-called “lifetime warranty,” instead deflecting blame onto the contractor.

The problem is due to a defective Unilock product.

When their pavers are defective, Unilock defects blame and fails to resolve the issue. Stay away from Unilock products.

In short, I cannot ever recommend Unilock. Their paver product is flawed, and their customer service is by far the worst in the industry.
