I would like to write something positive, but after trying to get some kind of response to my numerous emails and messages via all the channels available to me, I am left with little positivity! I placed an order 8 days ago paid promptly and waited.....

......and waited. Still no response and no goods. Poor communication and customer service!

I did send an email regarding my order…
I did send an email regarding my order 2 mins after I pressed pay, and that was 2 weeks ago but still haven’t had any reply off union vape.
I have had 2 or 3 emails about ratings so that why it’s so bad for them but product is good and will bye again. Just thinking will I get a reply after this bad review.
I did get a reply within 5 mins of my review going live. They are now looking into the problem thank you union vape.
As I said before I will order the products again as they are good products and cheep for the quality. You won’t go wrong if you order off them hope this helps.
