What made my experience great was the quick response from the Support Chat for my constant enquires, I love asking questions and I like the fact I can do that easily without waiting for hours of course the 100k account is great to test your skill before buying .

Waiting for my payout since 2 months.
No timeline is given and it seems like they dont pay out. Tried several times to ask for it but got kicked out of their discord for it.

I should receive 3.5k in payouts and it took me 4 months to get to this point

Its a shame since they first seemed legit.

I have requested payout on 06/11 but i did not receive payout after 2 week. I've reached live support and email but they just said patient. This is scam prop film. Pls don't buy any challenge from UWM.

I had a good experience with the customer support and I hope it continues. Looking forward to buying my evaluation.

Unfortunately, I have come to terms with the truth that I have been scammed by UWM.

If you are thinking about purchasing an account please take time to re-consider after reading my experience, it may save you a lot of time, money, energy and joy.

I passed phase 2 of my 300k evaluation on Wednesday 22nd May 2024, I signed the contract and verified KYC the next day.

I am writing this on Wednesday 19th June 2024, 1 month later, and I still have not received the account details for the funded account. Nor an explanation for the delay.

However, I can tell you what I have experienced for the past month.

Firstly, I have had absolutely no response to my many support tickets and direct emails sent to their support email address over the last 4 weeks.

Most frustrating of all was being told the same thing everyday in the live chat on their website.

The daily interaction would be one of these three outcomes that led nowhere:

1) The live chat customer service rep would tell me to wait for UAE “business hours” to hear from the support team. I would then reach out again during so-called business hours the same day only to receive no response in the live chat for the rest of the day and no email from the support team.

2) I would be asked for proof of purchase, proof of verified KYC and the signed contract. I would then screenshot proof of each. Only for the rep to disappear and ghost the messages with no further response

3) I would be told sorry for the delay, and that I am in the queue, and that they promise I will receive my account details “TODAY”. I was told this empty promise almost daily and received nothing.

To add insult to injury, UWM has no issue sending me promotional emails every day, but have great difficulty in acknowledging my existence to send me the account details I worked so hard to obtain.

Can you imagine receiving the email notification from UWM and getting your hopes up, thinking that they have finally sent your account, only to see that it is a UWM advert. Everyday for a month.

When I kindly asked for help in their discord server I was immediately banned. This is when I came to the realization that I probably will never see that account which was really tough on me mentally.

Since this past week, I no longer received any responses from live chat, and I suspect I may be on some sort of blacklist there. I noticed this change as soon as I brought up the subject of a refund, which is unfortunate, as I only sought resolution so I can move on with my life and was polite with my language at all times.

This experience makes me doubtful that I would receive any payout as a funded trader. The stress of waiting for a payout will be even worse than this terrible experience I have had for the past month.

I am left with no choice but to ask for a refund as I have nothing to show for the evaluation phases that I have passed.

UWM please don’t respond to this review saying that it is chatGPT like you have done to others.

I can prove who I am and all my claims. I deserve way better than that, for the treatment I have endured this past month.

As I am writing this I have no account details, no personal response from UWM, and I have to review my options for getting a refund.

A response to this review might be the first time I am acknowledged by UWM in any substantial manner which is highly disappointing.

HARD BREACH FOR NO REASON

i passed 300k account
After that waited 2 days for the review and they HARD BREACH my account and told me that( i used EA) which it isnt even close to be true and they send me a photo of 8 trades that they think i used EA

And they blocked me in DISCORD
Also the support team dont replay to me after i tell my problem to them they leave the chat its been 3 working days im trying to contact with them even i sent email
To the main support team

I hope UWM proffe me wrong and solve this problem because i have a big community and they all waiting for my result to gain trust in you otherwise you will lose thousands of costumers especially around my area

Before that review i gaived them 5 stars but now they didn't deserve even 1 i will update my review after they came to line and solved my problem ..... I didn't broke any rules and i didn't got any warning.... why after inpassed the second phase and did allll that trades you HARD BREACH my account without any explanation or any conversation!!! At least at least in the worst case I deserve to retry the challenge or get my refund because inpassed both phases .. thats thw worst case senario otherwise I deserve to get my real account

So, im waiting now 1 month with my accnr 14644.
Even after i wrote i have to make negative review, i have no answer about the delay. Its hard to recommend such ignoring behavior.

That is the answer that iv got from uwm trading in my last review
Thats totally a lie i was an um costumer and my first payout that i recived from them is on 13th april for that payout i waited from 29th march 2024, till 13th april 2024 its okay im glad that i recived it but, in my second trading cycle i have made profit 3.21% on a 200k account and my profit share was 80/20 meaning that i would recive 5.3k in profit, and this second payout that i stratet to subbmit on 29th april2024 was rejected twice until yesterday when uwm trading breached my account, rejected my third submission for the second payout and terminated my contract without a reason.
In the email that i recived regarding why they rejected and breached my account they say: Manually breached. Reason: client received 12k in payouts, then breached rules.
Unfortunately this is a hard breach and the account is no longer active.

You may try our assessment again at a discounted price! .

I have 2 questions for UWM trading

When did i recive 12k in payouts?
And what rules did i breach?

If uwm trading still thinks that i am a part of a group that i want to harm them this is nonsense, or if they have proof for it come on prove it.
If they really mean what they say unbann me from discord lets have a discussion there on the chat let all the community see and decide who is right here.

Am not happy to write this review. But unfortunity. Am so tired. I have been waiting till 27-04-2024 upto now my second payout i received my first payout in 48 hours. But my second payout was Too late to get And i did not reason why its so late I cannot said. Its sccame But i hope it will changes. This delays payout I cannot. Give it the full 5 stars bcz. I have complaint about my payout if its solve it. I will back completely and tick 5stars For almost. One mnth and 10 days i didnot make any trade bcz of pending payout Let me see you solve this issue as urgently

Scam fund ever, no Support, No Answer, Only lie from them. Scam , Scam , Scam , Scam
First payout wait 2 week and paid wrong. must get 5800$ from them they paid 4600$. 2nd payout they approved 1 month ago but not paid.

Finally found really good prop firm I would even say the best ! The customer support answers really fast and is there always and is really helpful! The Dashboard is very nicely done and you see everything you need all the statistics

When I contacted their support team, they blamed me for the issue. The customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, leaving me without the service I paid for. I am extremely disappointed.

I love this prop firm. Good prices, discounts available all the time. Ive already completed 10k challenge, now doing 25k with prime. I love the customer support respond time. The dashboard is organized. And a lot of trading platforms to use from. I reccomend it to everyone who dont have enough capital to trade on their own☺️
