Great assistance from the team,Dhruv helped me throughout the booking, there should have been an option to receive the contract before making a payment.As in my case and many other's, who have sanctioned loan for financial aid ,the bank required to see the contract first for the fund to get transferred.Otherwise,the person ends up paying from their personal funds.

Save your money and stay away I'm now just back from the police station after I submitted an complaint about this scam website, they stole me about 1000€ and not want to refund nor deliver the apartment. After you pay they give you the email address of the home owner and that set , when I contact the home owner they don't reply . No phone number on thier website!! Imagine a Booking website with no support phone number . This website must be closed , when the check in date arrived no one in the building and when I try to contact the website there is no phone no chat just email and need to wait 48h to get a reply . Does you will pay the hotel until you reply ??? This is totally a scam this is horrible booking website unprofessional total wast of time and money don't book from them

I have been working with Uni places for many years. I had many bookings and in general all my tenants were respectful people. The only negative point is regarding the reviews. My tenants cannot leave reviews, although they wish to do so. Reviews about the accommodation and about the landlord are very useful for future tenants. I have been complaining about this issue, but no action has been taken until now.

I am very disappointed with my experience. The apartment was clearly not worth the price I paid. While it was acceptable, the quality and overall condition did not match the cost.

The biggest issue was the return of my security deposit. I paid the deposit in cash as requested, and after checking out it became extremely difficult to get my money back. The landlord rarely replied to my messages, and I had to send multiple reminders over several weeks.

When I contacted Uniplaces, I was told that the security deposit was entirely the landlord’s responsibility, so they were unable to help resolve the situation. This caused me a great deal of stress and uncertainty.

I strongly advise future tenants to be very careful, especially regarding the security deposit. Keep proof of payment and save all your conversations with the landlord. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this accommodation.

I booked an unavailable accomodation but were given a alternative that was acceptable right away. The team made sure I will have a solution that was satisfying.

The company charges excessive commissions just for renting a room. I would not recommend their services. In my opinion, it is not good value for customers.
