I put ONE star because it is not possible to put ZERO!
order placed on October 1st with 2/3 days of shipping, as of October 15th NOTHING has arrived yet!
they do not respond to emails, whatsapp, phone.. NOTHING!!
this is called MISAPPROPRIATION! and in my house it is a CRIMINAL OFFENCE!!

The Worst Experience Ever
The worst experience ever. Shockinly bad customer service. The cooker arrived damaged and a freezer arrived instead of a dishwasher. They were quick to retrieve the freezer and send the dishwasher, but 1 month later I am STILL waiting for a replacement for the cooker. I see a law suit on the horizon. I will NEVER purchase from them again. Ever! Not recommended.
