The item I purchased did not fit and I attempted to make a return. I sent them the information they requested and they never responded to me.
I still have the item that does not fit.

The PJs were just as described brand new and beautiful, postage amount was reasonable and well wrapped. Will certainly buy from them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Expected my parcel to be dispatched same day I ordered abd sent by Royal Mail 24 hour tracked as I paid £6.00 for next day delivery. Should not have wasted my money, goods were sent by Evri the worst delivery service known.

I found the communication very good and obviously from a real person ! There was not much delay in waiting for a reply either.
Returning the item seemed a bit wordy in the instructions but the online person confirmed, and it was actually easy and normal.
Weirdly when I ordered I had not twigged that the item would perhaps be a second… obviously I hadn’t read about the company properly. Therefore I was surprised to see the label cut through. I will say though that I have two of these blouses in the same size already, a 14, and the sleeves on this one seem much narrower.
I don’t think I’ll order anything else because of an odd sense of uncertainty 😬

I ordered several blouses at the end of April and wished to return two, so attempted many times to use the QR code on the order invoice to no avail. I emailed 5 times before I received a satisfactory outcome and have now been refunded (17 June). The blouse I kept is good and others returned as didn't like the colours on arrival.
Maybe a glitch in the sytem? Hope so, but communication should be better.

Evri have still not delivered it!

The shirt I had ordered arrived on time and was as expected.

Item not suitable and impossible to return I have tried many times and also computer experts ie item number email scan code each time will not accept.
I can only assume this is a scam so you do not give refunds. Very unhappy customer

Placed a couple of orders, most items fine. One item looked nothing like the photograph and didn't fit well, I have requested a refund via the online form and by email but am being completely ignored. Will be claiming via chargeback/section 75.

2 items ordered and although the description does say minor defects, one of the tops was very stained and appears second hand, not factory seconds as expected. Disappointing.

Was pleased with delivery and pleased with purchase

First time ordering with this company and am pleased with service received and the price. Lovely pyjamas, just what I wanted. Nice peach colour and very light cotton, good for summer time. Despatched on time and as expected.
