Undelivered goods
Having recently made a successful purchase from this company I felt confident in using it again but unfortunately was very disappointed. Although I was given a tracking number and estimated delivery date, nothing happened.Attempts to contact the company and Etsy were initially unsuccessful and it took over a week from the expected date of arrival to be informed that I would be receiving a refund but with no explanation or apology. Poor service and customer care,which has left me very reluctant to make another purchase with this company.

Would not use company again!
Items ordered delivery wasn't particularly fast.
Communication was not great I was informed the delivery was due when it arrived the packaging was poor. When items were too big I instantly contacted them for a refund. Next day I posted items back and emailed them to confirm this. I received no acknowledgement of email and it's been 5 days now.
No update on my refund.
