I'm not really happy !!!
I'm not really happy and I don't even have the wallet yet. I ordered a wallet and now the shipping company says my item is lost. I reached out to their customer service right away and have received no response. I had heard great things about this company which is why I decided to buy their wallet over competitors, but the start of this process has not been good.

I am very happy now. The company reached out and resolved my issue. Very pleased with their response and quickness in responding to the issue. Quite good customer service. Thanks!
