Refusing to deliver or refund
I ordered my equipment months ago and have not received it because of an issue with the courier that Uniqu use as a supplier. Despite providing all do the correct information, the courier is refusing delivery to my address and rather than find a solution, Uniqu customer support has told me they won't give me a refund either because they consider it a 'return to sender'. I am appalled that the customer is being penalised because the brand chose a bad supplier in the courier.
