Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish.

The delivery took weeks, not the 7–10 days they advertise, which is completely misleading—especially since they claim to have a warehouse in Australia. That clearly isn’t true based on how long it took.

When the product finally arrived, the quality was extremely poor and nowhere near what was expected. To make matters worse, it came with the wrong international power plug, making it unusable in my country. Basic details like this should not be getting messed up.

Customer service has been just as frustrating. Every reply feels like it’s been generated by AI—generic, unhelpful, and not actually addressing the issue. There’s no real accountability or effort to resolve the problem properly.

Their “solution” was to either pay for return shipping myself—which would cost a fortune internationally—or accept a half-price store credit. Neither option is acceptable given that the mistake is entirely theirs.

Overall, misleading shipping claims, poor product quality, incorrect item, and terrible customer support. Would not recommend at all.

Be aware they also have a few partner companies they sell the same products from.

THis is the short version ....I purchased and item which was delayed in postage and only actually sent after I chased up shipment.
Once received I realised the product was nothing as described and didn't match pictures advertised. I have been dealing with this company since 9th January and 2 months later they still will not come to a reasonable agreement. They wanted me to return a product to China when advertised they have an Australian Warehouse, they advised to return via DHL who then quoted approx $250 to return the $80 product.
Dodgy. Avoid! Will never buy from again.

The bubble ball was for my son but I swear I had just as much fun watching the chaos in the backyard. It inflated pretty quickly and survived multiple crashes. Totally worth it even if the neighbors stared lol.

Wasn’t sure about ordering furniture pieces online but the ceiling fan came well packed and nothing was scratched. It runs quiet which is important because I’m sensitive to sound at night. So far so good.

I wasn’t even shopping for home stuff but ended up browsing for way too long. The site feels straightforward and not cluttered. Checkout was simple which I appreciate.

Bought the construction vehicle playset for my nephew but ended up playing with him for almost an hour. The pieces feel sturdy and not flimsy like some others we’ve tried. I like that it’s not just noise and flashing lights, it actually makes them think a bit.

Got the construction vehicle set for my kid and wasn’t expecting much. Turns out it’s solid and actually holds up when he throws it around. That alone makes it a win in my book.

The shipping process was smooth and tracking updates were clear. I appreciated that because I hate not knowing where my order is.

Bought the bubble ball for a family BBQ and it stole the show. Grown adults were taking turns smashing into each other. Probably not the safest idea but it was hilarious.

I ordered the Nordic round wall light for our hallway and i honestly didnt expect it to change the whole vibe like it did. The glass looks so soft when its on at night and makes everything feel calmer. My sister came over and immediately asked where i got it from.

The wall sconce gives off a subtle light that works great in the hallway at night. Not blinding, just enough to see where your walking. Exactly what i needed.

Lights are not up to Australian standard. There is no earth cable which makes the lights extremely dangerous. Product colour different to advertised. Quality of welding very poor.

Ordered the kids farm play mat because I was tired of stepping on tiny toys everywhere. At least now there’s a designated play area and it looks decent in the living room. Not ugly like some of the bright plastic ones.

Bought two titanium pans. As soon as heat was applied they just burned. Tried to return and had to pay 80 dollars postage to return to china and they will not process my refund like they said they would.

I ordered from Unique Casa after scrolling way too long and I’m glad I did. The customer service actually replied fast when I had a small question about shipping. It arrived within the estimated time and everything looked exactly like the photos.

That wooden leaf ceiling fan is prettier in person then online. It doesn’t look bulky at all and the light is actually warm and flattering.

Grabbed the construction toy set as a birthday gift and the kid wouldn’t put it down. No missing pieces, no cheap smell out of the box. That matters more then people think.

The play mat is cute and practical. Easy to wipe clean after snack accidents.

Honestly I’m picky about home decor, but this felt thoughtfully chosen. Not random stuff thrown together. Feels curated in a good way.

I don’t usually care much about decor but that Nordic wall light caught my attention. Clean design, no weird flashy stuff. Just simple and modern.
