Ordered USD 1,000 worth of equipment with express shipping.
It took 10 days to prepare the shipment and 35 days to have it delivered. 45 days total for an express shipment!
Customs fees were supposed to be included. And yet, we had to pay an additional USD 50 in customs fees.
Goods arrived damaged due to poor packaging.
No response from seller to any of our (constructive) emails.
