Blissy bracelet came today very disappointed nothing like thepicture very dark and drab looking I was expecting shiny colourful stones it was very childlike wont be buying again also they are on such a thin band which isn't very strong im trying to find out how to return

Very poor cheap quality. Shocking customer service. They take your money, send poor quality items not what the pictures are...then keep your money. I'm having to now go to financial ombudsman and trading standards.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I wish I read reviews before ordering. Its not a UK business it ships from China. I paid £47 for a piece of rubbish! Not even the colour combination I ordered either. Took over 2 weeks to arrive. So disappointed 😞

My bracelet took 8 days to receive and I am very pleased with the look and quality. Time will tell if it helps with the pain but initial impressions are good.

Well it arrived with in 2wks! Good but just gotta see if its a fake after reading reviews. I'm in pain so time will tell!!

Ordered 11 Dec, delivery 5 -9 days. Still not delivered. Stuck somewhere in China. Misleading meant to be UK company implying designed in France. I have asked for refund. Seems I have no patience! Ultimatum deliver by 4 January or full refund. Do not use this company, I wish I had read Trust pilot before ordering as I would never have ordered with so poor reviews. Eric, 4 January mate that's when my patience will cease to exist.

Appalling customer service! I ordered a magnetic bracelet for my elderly father as a Christmas gift. This has still not arrived. I understand the current situation with delays but so far 3 emails have resulted in no replies at all! I have requested a refund. Do we think I will get a response !!!

I got a response, it read ‘ dear customer, your order has been despatched’ and then a lot of Chinese writing! So I order from a Birmingham UK company that imports from China??? I’m kinda thinking it should have stated this on their website and then I wouldn’t have ordered due to the delivery period! I have asked for a refund and advised I will send the bracelet back should I ever receive it - no further reply!

Ordered a men’s magnetic bracelet with increased Ions as a birthday gift. However, there are no magnetic elements in the bracelet and I feel I have been scammed out of £56.59 as the item is not fit for purpose or sold as advertised. Breaches fair trading standards and distant selling regulations. I come to this conclusion because I have other magnetic bracelets which strongly attract a metal clip but this bracelet fails to do this so I can only conclude there are no magnetic elements. The registered address is Birmingham but the item is shipped from China and this is the address that the item has to be returned to for a refund within 14 days and the cost of return postage is the buyers responsibility. I have sent 3 emails to the email address on “contact us” but one of the email addresses is non-deliverable and I have had no reply to any of my emails sent to the other email address. There is no other means of being able to communicate with this company. I am left with no choice but to warn others not to purchase from UniqueBracelet.co.uk.

I ordered and paid for a copper bracelet on 29th March 2021, the money has been taken from my account on the same day and I am still yet to receive my item as of today 30.04.2021. I have sent numerous emails and not had any response this is an absolute joke and clearly a cowboy outfit

Personally I feel I have been scammed. They have happily taken my money on 9th Feb, but all the order constantly says is processing when I check my online account. I have e mailed customer services twice and have had no reply. I bought the bracelet in the hope it may help with the considerable pain I am in and yet sadly it would appear I have been conned.
At a time when the whole world is suffering economically and mentally, I am appalled that people can do this.

My partner was thrilled with his bracelet looks great and if it helps with the body pain that will be a bonus.

Product excellent, delivery requires tweeking.

I have just received my bracelet,very pretty ,but because of my work for the nhs I can not wear it round my wrist ,so I was hoping that I could wear it round my ankle but to small I was thinking it would be better to ha be able to make it a bit bigger

This Took awhile to arrive but I think that was more to do with the current situation. Bracelet is as great as I hoped looks good on my husband and fantastic that it comes with a link remover.
