I never received feedback on the Order
I never received feedback on the Order, I had to send multiple emails and queries on the website and even instagram. I have still not received my order. I will not be ordering from there again.

Unique cosmetics
Easy to use website for purchase. Super fast delivery, received my order within 2 days! The email or website support does respond to questions within amacable time.
My only recommendation, please add a contactable telephone number to your website as well as waybills.

Still waiting on my replacement order its been months now. Company is avoiding my emails the ones they replied to promising I would get the products failed to deliver.
I was advised by one of the representatives to you the product [leaked bottle] and that I will receive a replacement. I did a follow up on the replacement bottle was advised its arranged for Thursday. Thursday never came, still waiting

As explained you already received delivery fir an alternative as what you have ordered was marked out of stock at the time. We had to create a new order for you. The courier had attempted delivery and there was no bell to ring.

I wanted to know the status of my…
I wanted to know the status of my parcel. Because the website is slow been struggling for days with it I couldn't log in, I send them a WhatsApp. My first WhatsApp wasn't even replied to. The replied on one where i asked for assistance to track my parcel I'm still waiting for an answer and assistance it was said they gonna check and still nothing. I've ordered on the 06/09/24 already.

Bad Service, lack of communication, unprofessional
I placed an order, whole week has gone by with no confirmation of delivery from the supplier. I, the customer, have to be the one to initiate communication and follow-up each time. When I do get a WhatsApp response I get promised delivery details will be sent to me but nothing is ever received. I offered to rather collect my order but was told they moved premises. Their website is outdated and still shows an old address. I requested a refund but just got promised again that delivery will be made. I am starting to think this company is fake and fraudulent - I won't recommend it to anyone.

Officially a scam site. Products are not available and no refunds
My products were never shipped and I have not yet received a refund. After telling me long stories the first two times, the owner stopped responding to any messages. I also looked into the manufacturer of BM Reconstructive Mask and learned that it is no longer in production. Unique Cosmetics is thus "selling" or advertising a product that is no longer available on the market
