Invoice revived but booking cancelled
We booked the Front Lodge, Devon for the 10th to 16th August 2025 via the enquiry form directly on their website. Emilie Marlow confirmed the booking and sent the invoice the following day and 10minutes later sent another email saying ‘Please ignore the invoice sent, our calendars had not synced correctly and those dates had been booked a few weeks back 🙁’. The company have also never returned a phone call. Would not recommend.
