Not only were the replies not via a 'bot', Sebastian responded within minutes, and was very honest & thorough. I was very impressed with the quality and value of the framed 'Clan Map of the Scottish Highlands' I purchased. It was well packaged, arrived in excellent shape and well before the estimated date of delivery. I will buy again from Unique Maps Co not only for the quality of the items, but the personal service I received.

The product was as advertised. I made an error with the original order. There was a WhatsApp contact and the seller was very prompt in replying and helpful and reassuring in adjusting my order. The item arrived promptly and was robustly packaged which was appreciated as it was a framed print. Excellent service.

I stumbled across this company while frantically trying to come up with ideas for my husband's Christmas gift. I wanted something different and special. As he's been into learning about his ancestry, this gift was one I cherished as well. The customer service care was one on one and they responded every time I reached out to them. The reproduction of the map was beautiful and care quality of framing was impressive. If you are looking for a one of a kind gift for a history buff - this company is worth your time. You won't be disappointed.

I while back, I ordered a poster for my friend's birthday, but the package failed to be delivered by the courier service. Out of fear of loosing my money, I reached out to the seller and to my genuine surprise he was quite understanding of the situation. The seller even offered to resend my poster with no additional fee. After battling the courier's awful customer service for days and getting frustrated, this act of kindness took me by surprise. I can recommend this seller to everyone, not only for the quality products he makes (which are now displayed proudly at my friends house and are his favourite thing to show off to his guests) but also for the kindness and humanness of the seller. In this modern world full of big faceless companies, it is a real pleasure to find a seller that cares as much for his customers as for his exquisite products. If ever I will be in need of a map or a poster again, this is the first place I will look.

I ordered 3 maps a few weeks before Christmas, to give as Christmas presents. The website made it very easy to choose them and personalise one of them, and have them framed. Two of them arrived in good time for Christmas and were of excellent quality, and nicely framed. Unfortunately the 3rd map, the personalised one, didn't arrive and it seemed that some problem had arisen. Disappointing as this was, I'd like to commend the company for remedying the problem and sending out a new map, of lovely quality.

Great experience from start to finish , wanted a map as a gift but thought the place just wouldn’t look aesthetically pleasing, how wrong was I !! The guys at unique maps couldn’t be more helpful and mocked a map up for me to see,highlighting sentimental places of interest from our past . It now has pride of place , couldn’t recommend the service enough thanks for our UNIQUE MAP present

Gotta say, this is the BEST buying experience I have ever had. Bought a map of Chiswick as a Christmas present for my husband, he was thrilled. From order to delivery, absolute perfection.

I could not be happier with the service from Unique Maps Co. I had a lovely print produced for my wife as a Christmas present and am thrilled with the results. The quality is superb even on a 60x90cm print. I went for the framed option and this surpassed expectations. There is a beautiful shadow gap at the edge of the canvas.

Communication was quick and efficient, even at Christmas. The proofs gave a good idea of what to expect.

Delivery was through FedEx so nice and easy at that end too.

Pixelated image on closer inspection. Not the resolution nor quality you would expect to receive for the price tag. Mis-sold.

Far more expensive than most other brands or iterations you can find on Amazon/Etsy where they are cheaper with a frame! Misleading, unethically advertised and exceptionally expensive for a disappointingly subpar product. Really disappointing and, by my estimation, unethical.

Placed my order 14th Dec fo guaranteed Xmas delivery. Chased by call and WhatsApp no reply. 31/12 still no delivery. Had an automated email this morning stating that it had now been sent to manufacture. No service. Still no eta for this guaranteed delivery for Xmas. I can see that this service does not just relate to me as other reviews stating exactly the same thing.

The company recommended a map for our friend, and customized it to reflect his completion of a major segment of the Appalachian Trail. The map and customization were as represented, and our friend loved it and it is now hanging in a place of honor in his home. Delivery was timely and the frame recommended was beautiful and a good match for the map. I recommend this company without qualification.

I ordered a map from Unique Maps on the 1st December thinking that it would arrive before Christmas. The map didn’t arrive but the company had a ‘gift preview’ that could be sent and show the recipient what the gift was. I had difficulty with this. I contacted the company through WhatsApp and got an immediate response. They organised for the preview to arrive in time for Christmas. While I was disappointed that the gift didn’t arrive on time I was very impressed with the customer service. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending this company.

Map ordered as a Christmas present well within specified timeframe advertised on website to arrive by Christmas (ordered on 16th with last Christmas order stated as 18th). First delivery didn’t happen with my Evri tracking saying there was a problem with delivery and returning it (however there was no attempt at delivery!). I contacted company who said they’d send another. Company say they’ve sent a second but my Evri tracking says Evri are still waiting to receive it. Contacted company again who are now agreeing to send out a third but this is so embarrassing as it was a special Christmas present which we then couldn’t give and we had a specific framing service arranged. I don’t know if this is all an Evri problem but I still have not received the map I ordered on 16th Dec.
