Quick delivery, good product, more flexibility be great
Quick delivery. Product arrived in good condition and on time. Good communication about order via email. Can be a few too emails after purchase. Wanted so swap a 1 Lt bottle for the 500ml bottle in a packaged deal as already have the 500ml bottle and fully expected it would alter the price slightly, however sales staff said it was not possible to do that. They did send a voucher for 10% off the next order but would not make a slight change regrading the bottle size.
Very nice to deal with and very prompt. Would purchase from this company again and recommend the product.

Delivery
The issue has been resolved on their behalf. I still stand by my statement. Great product. Yes the website does stipulate PRE ORDER, and I accept and understand what that means. HOWEVER, when you have 60 DAYS of supply one would think that 60 days would be AMPLE TIME to have another 60 days of product on pre order to be delivered prior to 60 days finishing. I would also think that a company that has a product selling so well would actually ensure they have the brain capacity to order elevated stock to keep in line with client demand. Thats how I run a business.
Delivery time is extremely disappointing. You can order 2 bottles of capsuals, order another 2 bottles the day you finally receive your first order and run out of the first two bottles ordered WELL before the next 2 arrive.

We're happy to report that this issue has been resolved and that there was no delay in shipment; it was simply a misunderstanding on the customer's part.
As stated to the customer:
The products were on pre-order, and when a product is on pre-order, we openly display it several times on the website so that our customers are aware before purchasing.
Furthermore, when a product is on "PRE-ORDER," the button to purchase it says "PRE-ORDER" rather than "ADD TO CART," and we post a large disclaimer beneath the "PRE-ORDER" button stating when the product will be back in stock to avoid disappointment. "PRE-ORDER" appears as a message within the basket, informing you that it is a "PRE-ORDER" before you buy.
Despite knowing that the items she purchased were on pre-order, she was dissatisfied because shipping was delayed (due to the fact that it was on pre-order). Unfortunately, despite our explanation to the customer, she has decided to keep her negative review on this site.
Nonetheless, we are pleased that she enjoys our products and has returned to our store several times. We are inspired by the success of our wonderful customers and strive to provide the best service and delivery possible; however, we occasionally run out of stock due to global raw material shortages or the ever-increasing popularity of our Unicorn Water, making it difficult to predict order volumes at times. Thank you for your purchase, and we hope you enjoy the rest of your Unicorn adventure with us! 🦄✨

Hello, we're sorry you didn't enjoy the taste; did you try adjusting the amount of water you used to achieve the desired flavour/sweetener level?
Please note that Unicorn Water / SLIM IT can be consumed up to five times per day, at any time of day, with a single serving of 1g (or 1/4 teaspoon) mixed with 250 ml to 1L of water depending on how strong you want the flavour! We recommend taking it first thing in the morning, 30 minutes before breakfast, and 30 minutes before a workout for the best results.
