I have some prank fun when they call

I just swear at them and tell them where to go. Funny when they start swearing back. I often have a little fun with them....change my voice and ask really weird questions. I mean REALLY weird lol. They end up hanging up. I always deny my identity when they call. Just gutter rats they are.

This company so unprofessional and such a pest calling 100 times with random number from India. Why are the telco providers letting such germs calling and harassing Australians?

Honestly at what point is it considered harassment? They ring multiple times a day and won't leave me alone. I put myself on the do not call list and keep telling them not to call but they will not stop. Multiple times a day for 6 months. I'm going to have to change my number

This company should be held accountable.

This company calls several times a day using slightly different numbers. When I did ask for the calls to stop, the woman literally said to me - you have to listen to us and change your electricity company today because we won't stop calling until you do. So, I eventually did change electricity companies, and even the new electricity company told me that the information they gave me about their company being a better deal for me was false. 3 months later and they have starting calling non-stop again.

Ringing me up 3 times a day
About my AGL power bill
They located in India using Australian VoIP numbers

They ring with different numbers and you ring the number back to get removed of the call list but the next day they will ring you back with a new VoIP phone number

It's more or likely a Telemarking scam because the address they tell me I never ever lived at the location and also received calls from scammer using the same address... so be aware they get your info from dodgy data broker's

This company does not get it

This company has called me multiple times asking for Scott or Scott Matthews. The caller admitted the company buys data to make these calls. If you are the owner of the company just do everyone a favour and go out of business. People do not want these shady practices.

Uniqu Offers are serial pests

I agree with the comment that Unique Offers are serial pests. Like so many others I have been relentlessly bombarded with nuicace calls. I have also requested that my number be removed, but they say they can't do this. Further, they use multiple phone numbers to call so that blocking each number has little effect.
I don't know if this will work, but today I dialled the number of the nuisance caller and get a recorded message that allowed me to request my number be taken off their data base.

Unique Offers are serial pests.

Unique Offers are serial pests.

I have had a huge number of calls from them over more than 12 months. On each call I have requested that they take me off their database of prospects. Should they fail to do so , I advised that I will report them to the privacy commissioner.

Despite this request, they have not removed me from their prospects list and I continue to receive nuisance calls from them on a consistent basis. Almost daily!!

I am now proceeding with a complaint to the privacy commissioner and will request they take legal action against Unique Offers.

Scammers from India

I don't understand why the people from Unique Offers want to force their request on me. I get an average of 7 calls per day.when I asked how they got my number the Lady I spoke to said they buy the numbers from marketing agencies.
Something is not right, are they being sponsored by the electricity providers or what!
I've never experienced staff who are so rude when trying to Market a service as these good for nothing idiots.
This has got to stop

THIS NEEDS TO STOP

These people call me every day. They told me I lived at an address which I haven't resided for in 10years then wanted me to give them my current address. He was rude & kept saying that I don't understand. He kept talking over me asking who my provider was, when I said he should have all that information he got worse. I have even tried to say I'm off grid & take my number off their list but they won't.
He ended up telling me to get lost when I wasn't buying into his B.S & hung up on me.
Beware of them.

Be Aware of these scammers

Same as all other reviews had multiple calls from this company trying to get me to change over to AGL the Solar plan even though on AGL's site it said this plan wasnt avalible for my area and this jacob guy kept saying no it is avalible, luckily i hung up when he tried to put me through to the "auto" section to confirm my identity with my Drivers licence number or medicare number. i have now blocked the number but it was 03 869101626 MELBOURNE number.

Please be aware of this company called…Unique offer

Please be aware of this company called 'unique offer' as they are a scam company. This Indian woman who used an English name and called herself a Christian when I asked her about how she got an English name when I knew she was Indian. All of the time a person who uses an English name is definitely a scammer. She wanted to sell me a gas and electricity plan and said that she was part of the AGL group and was offering me a comparative price structure.
She put me onto another person who she said provided more detail. Upon listening to her she made a move to sell me the plan and she made no mention of money transaction but wanted me to agree. so I said I am not agreeing to anything unless she sent me a detailed account of her explanation via email. She declined and I terminated the call. A minute later, the original woman tried to contact me but I terminated the call. I later on rang AGL and they told me it was a scam. I was lucky. I am trying to bring attention to everyone to please be very careful. These people are relentless, so if the person is Indian or phlilipinno then just hang up. Or deal with the person whichever makes you comfortable. I am a very obnoxious type of guy when it comes to these types of scammers and have a very wide range of words which I use and get a certain amount of pleasure using them. Take care and always look at reviews.
Should've done that myself but didn't think, but, however I got my result after I consulted AGL.
Take care.
