Kamil at Unique Tiles is amazing. His service and guidance through our very large project was fabulous. We highly recommend using his services. The product was just plain perfect and it completed our project exactly how we envisioned it. Even though it was "over the pond" ..... our tiles were delivered less than a week. Amazing. I am adding a pic of our pool wall with an old spray painted surface and a pic of the high resolution photo we will be made using 112 tiles.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. After making initial contact by phone and sending photos, I was asked to provide a tile sample for matching purposes. I went to the expense of paying a professional to carefully remove a tile from my property and sent it via recorded delivery to ensure it arrived safely. Despite multiple follow-up attempts via email, phone calls, and text messages requesting an update, I received minimal response. I was promised a definite answer by Friday regarding whether they could help with my project, but that day came and went with complete silence - no call, no email, nothing. The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism is astounding. I invested time, money, and effort into this process, only to be completely ignored. One must seriously question the business ethics and integrity of someone who operates in this manner. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration.

The service was fast, the tiles were made exactly as I colour matched them. Our project looks amazing. Thank you!

Superior service from Kamil and absolutely delighted with the finished result ! Communication was exceptional, 2-3 week timeframe for completion and the packaging and delivery were seamless. We created the dog tiles for our dog themed holiday let and just put them up on the wall this weekend. We will certainly be ordering again from unique tiles for all our future holiday lets.

Unique is definitely the correct name. Unique product, unique first rate customer service. It is fairly unusual to get the outstanding first class experience from companies these days but Kamil certainly goes above and beyond. If you want the Wow factor he has got it and makes sure you get it!!

Just finished my shower backsplash with the beautiful polar bear. Looks fantastic. Everyone that has seen the polar bear are very impressed with the quality and design. This company is excellent! I have driven them mad with so many changes to the design for my splash back (which is the focal point in my kitchen) and they have been the height of patience, design and speed. Definitely recommend Unique Tiles and Kamil - thank you guys

We ordered a 6 tile centre piece for our new kitchen. We were unsure how it would turn out as the file we sent was not the best resolution and was a file of a photo from a 3rd party web site.
No worries, it is wonderful.
Don't expect a fast service of 5 or 6 days! This is a bespoke service not a far eastern mass production opperation.

Very helpful company, that worked with me to produce a splashback for my Rayburn. The tiler said they were really good quality tiles and the finished look is exactly what I Wanted. Thanks

I had such a good experience dealing with Liz and the team, they went above and beyond to get our tiles to us when we were left short of time due do a different company falling though. The quality of the tiles were fantastic even though the images we sent Unique tiles were not the best yet did a fantastic job reproducing them for us. Overall a fantastic experience and I would use them again without hesitation.

Unique Tiles were able to help with bespoke printed tiles of our own design and produced superb quality tiles which look fantastic. Customer service and communication was excellent through the whole process and delivery was smooth and efficient. Highly recommended.

Brilliant customer service, really went to extra mile to get us our tiles on a tight deadline. We’re happy to get the same tiles we needed for the rest of the wall and print onto rather than selecting the tiles they would normally use. Good communication, great company!

My wife and I wanted tiles with an impact to counter balance the plain styling and colouring of our new kitchen. After a brief research of the options, we visited Unique Tiles premises without appointment but were given a warm welcome and we were able to see the current work-in-progress and were amazed at the variety and versatility of what was being processed. Our wall tiles are oblong in plain white but with the area above the sink and the area above the cooker, we supplied UT with the tiles for them to print the two high resolution images I purchased as a download from the Internet. I was given all the help and attention I wanted to achieve the end result I wanted and was very pleased with the outcome.
