Quality silver sandals

I ordered a pair of silver sandals almost two years ago. I have assisted to just 5 weddings with them and the coating is completely destroyed over the hell. This is not normal since the inside and the sole of the shoe is perfect and I have not scratch them on purpose, just completely normal usage. I sent them an email explaining this and they say it is my issue due to wearness. This is absolutely a lie, the material has so bad quality that it has not been able to stand 5 wears. I already have 3 pairs of other different shoes from them but I will never buy any other again. 120 eur for a shoe peel off after 5 wears, really???
