Amazing team and customer service they helped me out to submit my application and enrol into HE course .

I’ve signed to like yesterday, soo far, so good. I’ve handed over my details, soo well see. I plan on updating my journey as I go.

I tried asking Unisef for help for applying to a certain course (contacting them via social media) but it didn’t seem like they bothered with helping and it’s fine if they feel like they can’t help with my case etc but they didn’t even bother to inform me even after sending my documents and all. The least one can do is just simply say sorry but we can’t help you and done. No hard feelings. I even had to keep messaging once they would “seen” my messages but had no response. I found that rather rude to be honest and would’ve just appreciated it if they told me they can’t help me or don’t want to help me. Not sure why this was the case but overall my experience was not great.

Everything I needed to do was right on time. They helped me organise my personal statement and c.v. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Now I'm going to university and I hope to get a job at the end of it.

UNISEF have been nothing short of amazing. From start to finish the support I’ve received has been brilliant, not only are the team happy to help and very approachable, every single query or problem I’ve had has been promptly dealt with to a high standard! They have made the whole uni application process so easy and straightforward. I honestly cannot thank them enough, they have been great!

They really supportive and they like everyone to get into uni however the replies quickly and it was lovely experience and I was so comfortable with them.

I been looking to go back into education for at least a year now and right when I was about to give up I came across UNICEF, really nice people who are willing to help you with the whole process of getting into education FOR FREE, within 1 month I started my university career and I still can’t believe how easy it was, I went from suffering with the complicated UCAS system to just speak with Chiara, who explained to me very clear how the process was, gave me good advice for my interview and really did everything for me I just had to pick up a few calls and attend the interview. BRILLIANT. Thanks a lot UNICEF.

I was really struggling when it came to applying for university but luckily I found Unisef and they helped me every step of the way! They helped with my application and even student finance, they were so nice and very helpful so I just wanna say a big thank you!

Thank you soo much, UNISEF really made a difference for me. I've always wanted to go to university, but I easily get overwhelmed by tasks. Amazing from start to finish. I was contacted within 24 hours of leaving my details after seeing an add on tiktok. I’d only ever heard of Ucas before, so was intrigued about UNISEF. After the call, I was then added into a WhatsApp group where I was guided through the process of my application, helping me with course options, locations and student finance application. Couldn’t have been any easier and it is FREE. Another bonus; I recommended a friend and got a £25 Amazon voucher. Very happy and 100% recommend. Thank you

Would definitely recommend UNISEF to anyone wanting to apply to university, they made the experience of applying and securing a place at university so so easy. Very thankful to Sejal & Chiara in particular who supported me massively from filling in my application forms to making sure I understood all of the student finance and how it works. HIGHLY recommend!!!

The staff at UNISEF were so nice throughout the whole application process. I was unsure if I would be able to study at university with my qualifications, but they helped me get a place!
They even helped me with my CV and to apply for student finance, and I’m so grateful for everything.
