We recently worked with United Mortgages for our new house purchase, and the experience was super from the get go. After a frustrating start elsewhere (where we were stuck with a low and actually totally unsuitable mortgage) David stepped in and completely turned things around.

He identified that a holiday let mortgage was actually what we needed, which not only fit our situation but also released more equity. We were then provided updates every step of the way, which is just so different to standard high street brokers we have used previously! The turnaround had to be really tight as the chain was almost ready to complete, but the UM team didn't leave it chance, but in fact nudged the specialist lender along until we got our offer.

The team understood that for us, this was more than a financial thing, but actually the foundation of our dream to build a life abroad. Being treated with such personal care and respect made all the pretty stressful process so much better! We truly cannot recommend them enough.

David and the team at United Mortgages have been advising us on our second house move. United have been incredibly helpful and proactive, guiding us through every step, talking us through the variety of options available to us - as well as advising us in regard to being locked into a current 5-year fix and how that affects the move. They have made the process of getting our agreement in principle completely stress-free. Their communication is excellent - always quick to respond, even in the evenings, and happy to explain everything clearly. We couldn’t ask for better service and highly recommend them.
