I placed an order for quite an expensive bottle of spirits and not only did they keep the bottle stored in a cool place until temperatures dropped enough for the package to be mailed to me without causing any ill-effect on my bottle, but they kept me up to date throughout the entire process via email and SMS. I really appreciate that when I received the product it was in prime condition.

Unfortunately it took longer than I expected to be delivered. I would probably not choose again, as it was a gift and did not arrive on time. I would most likely choose Dan Murphy’s or similar as they deliver same day.
