horrible experience- is this company still even open?
I went to their site, put in my information for a quote, and was emailed an estimate. The email said to call a number to reach someone who would provide me with an actual quote to sign for service since I wanted to proceed at the time. I was able to reach some guy who asked me for my quote ID and said he would look into the quote and send me an official one in the next day or so. This was over a week ago. I have emailed and called numerous times- recieving only answering machines (where I leave a call-back message), and no email responses. It's not often that I beg a company to take my money, but I am trying to get event transportation booked asap and this company is not responding. I can't even figure out if they are still open or not- they clearly advertise on Google and still send quotes/estimates for work, AND I talked to someone on the phone! Pathetic sales and customer service. 0/5 stars
