Why put it in pre order?

I bought some free domains but not working yet and see it in pre order domains not in domains for start use it

When a pre-registered domain name is close to launching, we notify the customer, and they can then choose whether they would like us to attempt to register it on their behalf once it is available.

A pre-registration is not the same as a domain registration, nor is it a guarantee that we will successfully register the domain name, but many of our customers use our program to simplify the registration of an upcoming new domain they want to buy. The site was very buggy

The site was very buggy. ( but got fixed) had problems with the purchase.. contacted technical support.. 3 emails.. no answer.
i keep insisting but i received no feedback from technical support.

A very satisfied customer

I have been a customer of uniteddomains since 2015. They are very professional, helpful and always managed to secure competitive domain names. Last week I wanted to correct a mistake I made when ordering a domain name and customer services were very helpful in sorting it out for me.

Payment issues.

Honestly, for some reason this service tried to pull $149,900 out of my checking account for my $14.99/year domain. Not sure what happened but happy to report I don't keep that level of funds in that account.

The United Domains Registration Experience

The United Domains website is the most advanced domain registration experience online because they show what extensions are available per domain queries. I wished I knew about this site 3 years ago.

The portfolio service is terrible

The portfolio service is terrible. The DNS srttings for my domain have not loaded for like an entire week. I need to access these settings, and now the projects for my domain are now put on hold because of this.
