First-Rate Customer Service!

On just my second order through UAE's online website, one item was damaged during shipment.

I emailed photos to their customer service, and right away, a very pleasant agent named Anna replied that they would send a free replacement!

These days, not all sellers stand behind their work and their products this way. When they do, it speaks well for their integrity, and their positive reputation translates into increased sales and customer loyalty.

For sure, as I need what they offer, I'll be back to order more!
