Vest took forever to arrive and is cartoonishly small.
The website says everything is American made yet my order shipped from China. I was given some generic tracking website tracking number and tracking my package through that website I noticed that it arrived in the States. So I checked United Patriot's website and it said that once the package arrived in the US it would be handed over to USPS. So, I asked for a USPS tracking number and was told it would be delivered by SpeedX and given a SpeedX tracking number. That felt shady so I asked for a refund, 3 times. They finally issued a refund, then the package arrived. This vest is WAY too small and the already issued the refund and I'm working on returning it.

Over the best and I'm supposed to get to AR 500 plates. Free. When I received and open the package leave so-called rated AR 500 plates nothing but lightweight foam. I feel really betrayed. I will never do business with that company ever again. Unless someone reaches out to me and sends me my two still AR 500 plates. What a scam. The vast itself is of very very poor quality too by the way.

United Patriot conducts business by misleading the public. I purchased 2 bullet proof vests online through the "shop" app. On the "shop" app the description of the product states that you'll receive 2 ballistic plates that are a level III / AR500. What I received were 2 dense foam pads, the my wife could use to knee on when she's working in her garden. Fool me once...shame on me. Therefore, I'm not going to seek reimbursement. Instead I'm going to burn the 2 vests I received, and tell everyone I can to never do business with United Patriot. Being a military veteran of 23 years, I'm ashamed that this company can use this name.

4 emails to return item with no response. Item looked sized to fit a child. 2 included metal plates were foam. Total scam. Do not order from them.

They advertise that you can buy this vest and get one bulletproof plate for $59 and I should have realized it wasn't legit. Well I got a vest that would probably fit an 8-year-old and be perfect for him no bulletproof plate when I reach out to him I get an AI response from their email I would not consider ever buying anything from this place again.

Again as others stated if I could give them a 0 I would. First lets establish ownership, its owed by a chinese man and he is playing with you all as he cnstantly calls himself "Tyler"your money is going back to china, second they would NOT return any e-mails or EVER answer the phone and that is because their policy to return an Item is 14 days ... but here is the catch they will argue that a return Authorization is needed! this how they get you. Please my fellow Patriots stay away from this communist store and let anyone know this fraudulent and misleading Individuals doing bad business!

Absolutely horrible customer service tried to do a return paid for shipping product back but product got returned to me. Buyer beware stay away.

I wish I could give them zero stars. What a scam! I ordered four shirts on November 17th. It’s December 10th and my order still says “unfulfilled.” I emailed their customer service, no answer. Their phone number takes you to a generic voicemail with no identifying information that it’s a business. It just says “leave a message.” I’m now in the process of disputing the charge with my credit card company.

If I could give negative stars it would be -10, ordered 2 tactical vests with 2 free plates promo, got my order and it came with 4 pieces of foam rubber not the plates they showed in their video or add, emailed them and they want me to pay to have it shipped back or $100.00 back, both unacceptable

If I could give this company negative Stars, I would. It took them 6 days to process an order so I got it too late to use. They had no trouble charging me on the very day I ordered it though. Who takes 6 days to process an order for 1 lousy item?

I ordered T-shirt but then had to cancel because someone else ordered the same as it was a gift for the same person. One month later, I'm STILL WAITING for my $35.94 refund!

Products made in china. Very small.

I ordered a Freedom T-shirt (Order #183283) on October 2. The tracking information indicates that it has been delivered, but I never received it. I emailed customer support a week later and received a response stating that, due to high demand, they were unable to personally address my inquiry and advised me to rely solely on the tracking information.

It is now October 24, and the issue has still not been resolved. I would appreciate prompt assistance in locating my order or arranging a replacement.

Ordered 10 days ago and received an email that my order had shipped. I followed tracking. It went from Whittier, CA to Manassas, VA to Whittier, CA. I live in PA. I wrote to their "team" and they said to wait for tracking to be updated. I'm going to call my cc company and report fraud. I looked up their address and it's a pet store at that exact address with owner listed with asian name. DO NOT BUY. Scam. Don't believe the positive reviews, they're probably fake.

They use the cheapest shirts you can buy and charge $30-$40 a shirt. Also if they're locally owned why did I get charged and international fee? 100% do not recommend.
