For UnitedPetroleum(ComAu) FuelCardProgram
This review here is for the United Fuel Card program. unitedpetroleum com . au / united-fuel-card/
-For our Pty, it has produced only financial damage, due to our following experience, while using United Fuel Card, and it's online management in the dashboard.
We had no options but to close our account and card.
If we ever get back for that fuel card and program, it would be only under these conditions:
-If the UnitedPetroleum (au) fuel cards program ever evolves to:
_not having monthly card fees, / additional ongoing fees
_better saving rate on fuel purchases,
_functional card management dashboard features,
_ability to cover the pay for the support items as well
(such as essential coffee and sandwiches and
similar work-supportive items), using the same fuel card
_ability to top-up the balance directly at the counter,
_the part of their website in our dashboard to pay outstanding invoices: to actually work. So you are not left with constantly mounting outstanding invoice fees, and card monthly fees, without the ability to actually pay for it.
This, our experience, is at the roughly the May 2026, for our current review here, while we don't know how soon, if / the UnitedPetroleum (com.au) would address these issues, or not. The evidence of our conversations with them, while closing our current account, and card, is also available on request.
