United Remedies No response

I have a basket full of remedies that I have ordered waiting to check out at United remedies.

I am unable to proceed because a message tells me that the company do not deliver to this address.
Yet the website states it delivers to the UK and prices are in sterling.

I have emailed United remedies 4 times.
I have completed web chat enquiries 3 times I
I have telephoned United remedies 4 times.
I was unable to leave a message because the phone rings continually and there is no message facility

Frustratingly, I receive a email every day telling me that there are items in my basket to check out!!

I’m beginning to wonder whether or not United remedies exist as a company.

Awesome company. Very reliable, customer support really cares of customers' welfare. They listen with interest, explain in a friendly, professional manner.
Thanks for everything. Lucky me to find you. Hope to buy from you again. According to AI marketing courses customers in pain are real buyers. When we fail to get the desirable item or service we immediately purchase from the right place. You do know how to persuade to CTA (call to action). I enjoyed paid with PayPal. Blessings!!!!
