Adam was an awesome coach. He is extremely knowledgeable about tax liens and deeds and made the process smooth. I am grateful for his patience and the tips he shared to help me learn. He is also professional and personable, and can answer all my questions.

Being totally new to tax liens and tax deeds, I am so thankful for the coaching of Stephanie M. at United Tax Liens. She is so patient in walking me through the process and answering my frequent questions. She has such a wealth experience and expertise, yet is able to convey it in easy to understand ways. I have found this with multiple other individuals I have had the opportunity to speak with as well, when I call in for assistance and when I attended an event. This definitely has been a learning curve for me, and I am so grateful for the tremendous support, encouragement and direction.

This organization has Real Estate Investing down to a science! I just completed three full days of intensive one on one training, and I am thrilled to say I am feeling more confident than ever about my future in real estate investing. I was very fortunate that my coaches intuitively identified my strengths and weaknesses enabling them to tailor my sessions and my entire operation. Individual results will vary, but I hope you have same results as me!) The coaches I have worked with have all been more than just company employees, they are “coaches” in every sense of the word.

Ms Ross was very knowledgeable and experienced in real estate and the process of wholesaling and/or fix and flip. She conveyed the content very precisely and at my pace. She would ask probing questions to gage my understanding as well as query me and encourage me to ask questions.
She would walk me through processes then have me try those processes on my own.
I highly recommend Ms Ross as a coach and mentor

My experience with United Tax Liens has been exceptional from day one. It has been just under a year since I decided to look into investing in tax liens after attending one of their webinars and I am so glad I did. This is a rare group of people who excel at what they do and are committed to helping others achieve their goals. I worked with Coach Ben on Tax Liens and Deeds and just completed sessions with Coach Pam in Real Estate Wholesaling. Their knowledge is solid - based on years of life experience in the industry so there is a level of expertise that is second to none. I have felt truly supported at every turn and there has been an abundance of patience and encouragement.

I started the program in January 2026. I started learning the process before going out to an expo in Florida, where I got deeper insight into the program 3 weeks after I first started. We did our flyout session a week after the expo, which was mind-blowing in the best way possible. In about a week, I started the closing process on my very first fix-and-flip. I couldn't be any happier with Dan Dyer and Christian Weatherspoon as my coaches; they are a God-sent to me. I truly cannot thank Mr. Dyer and Mr. Weatherspoon enough for everything they've done for me, and continue to do. I would absolutely recommend United Tax Liens to anyone looking to get into real estate investing; this is 110% the way to go.

I love the 1 on 1 coaching. I just recently finished my coaching sessions with Frank. He was very informative and thorough. He made sure my questions were answered. Frank is a great coach . United Tax Liens has very good tools and partners to give you the best opportunity for success.

What made my experience great with United Tax Liens is that someone cared about me enough to walk me through lessons and help me to understand so I don't make the same mistakes that others have in the past.

Ryan is very patient, especially with all the catastrophes I experienced in my home life, and willing to work with whatever happens. I learned a lot from him. Sometimes he would do things on the internet which I did not follow. I think he gave me more credit with my internet skills and real estate knowledge than I really know.

Russ Cerrato has been very good about following up and making sure the UTL learning experience has been enjoyable and beneficial. He has called me every week and checked up on me to make sure everything is going well. I've been with UTL for about two months and it has been very educational.

Tad is friendly, calm-spirited and extremely knowledgeable and an absolute joy to talk to! I have truly enjoyed my time and wish I had more with him.

Life started living and I had to take some time off which made it seem like we had to start from scratch but he was very patient and I appreciate that!

I would love more sessions with him if I could!
