We respect and love our coaches, Mark Perez and Chris Deal, because they are so patient and thorough, as well as honest about keeping you on task and focused. The company has shown integrity in showing us steps that will streamline our investment process, save us money, and make our systems more efficient. We wish we had found UTL years ago. It would have saved us time and gray hairs.

In person training is an excellent experience. Whether it is the intensive coaching during fly out or the weekly sessions Damon Hudson (flyout) and Daniel Ray (base camp) are outstanding coaches. Knowledgeable and patient, always willing to answer questions and show plenty of examples you just can't help but learn a lot. I've already been able to interact with lenders and agents and make offers on properties. On going mastery sessions on Monday evenings are great learning experiences and both coaches are available to answer questions on the hotline if things come up between sessions. The training is very worthwhile and should be strongly considered by anyone wanting to get into the real estate investing business.

Travis Young is my coach & I feel truly blessed. He is very patient & confident. I purchased my first tax lien shortly after my first session with him & am on my way to success! Today, during my 4th session, we went over a property I found & he told me many good things about it & I have already contacted the Tax Collector's office to get rolling on it! I am just finishing a 16 session course with my instructor, Ben Ellis. Ben has given me an amazing amount of information about how to look for tax liens that will pay off quickly (3 out of 4 of mine have done this). Also I have the criteria to use when participating in a tax deed auction. I won property in an auction which is now up for sale. Ben has gone step by step through the process and I was surprised at how far I got in a few months. The sessions are recorded and I have downloaded them for future reference. You will also have access to some helpful websites which makes searching for properties easier.

I was near closing escrow on my first fix and flip. Seems that each time one thing was resolved, two more issues arose. Issues that even Karl nor his other students had experienced. For a minute, I became the teacher (not really). Karl, being the calmer side of our relationship, helped me to get through it with patience and encouragement as he has all along. When I first signed up for the Fix and Flip training program, I was honestly nervous that I had made the wrong decision. That feeling disappeared quickly after my first meeting with Karl and Chris. They walked me through how to choose strong markets and taught me a clear, practical process for identifying the right areas to invest in.

My online training with Chris was especially valuable. He was hands‑on, patient, and taught at a pace that I could understand and immediately apply. The homework and videos helped me build a solid foundation in finding funding, contractors, properties, and realtors. Throughout the online sessions, Chris was also preparing me for my Fly Out with Karl — even though I didn’t fully know what to expect at the time.

Once Karl arrived for the Fly Out, everything clicked. He completed the circle, and all the pieces Chris had been teaching me finally fell into place. That experience gave me the last piece of the puzzle and helped me truly understand how the program works and how the coaches support my success.

Since then, I’ve continued training and meeting with my coaches. They answer every question, guide me through decisions, and help me stay on track. Fixing and flipping houses can feel overwhelming, but with the system Karl and Chris have taught me, it no longer feels intimidating. If I stay committed and follow the program, I genuinely believe I can succeed.

I’m excited for this new journey, and I would absolutely encourage anyone who is on the fence about the program to take the leap. While I’ve worked mostly with Karl and Chris, there are several other coaches available by hotline who are ready to help as well.

Adam Giles is a fantastic coach. His “stick to the script” method stresses efficiency, productivity and success when evaluating and purchasing Tax Liens. This method quickly transforms into muscle memory and instills confidence. Adam walks you through the tools and resources available. And as any excellent coach would do, he emphasizes learning and using the industry vocabulary at all times to accelerate immersion. When I made my first Tax Lien Certificate purchase, I did it with confidence.

This is honestly one of the best and most helpful training programs I’ve ever purchased. My coaches, Dan Dyer and Christian Weatherspoon, are extremely knowledgeable real estate investors—and also just really good people.

Christian kicked things off with online training sessions where he walked me through the material and shared practical lessons from his own experience. Then Dan met with me in person for three days to bring everything together and start making real offers. They made sure I fully understood the training and felt prepared to tackle my first deal.

What impressed me most is that they never disappeared after the training ended. They answered every question, reviewed my contracts, and guided me through each step. Their support continued even after closing my first deal—which, by the way, will net over $150K.
