I really do not recommend this site. In case you are sold an item of low quality you will never get your money back. In my case I faced the following problem: I paid for the sneakers that were sold as "new". When I received them I saw that they were not new at all. There were scratches on them, the sole was dusty, and there was the typical smell. When I contacted the seller she denied any of the facts I mentioned. Then I wrote a mail to the United Wardrobe. They defended the seller saying that the quality of the sneakers corresponded to their description in the advertisement, which was a pure lie. So, beware of liars. And bear in mind, that the administration of the Wardrobe is there for nothing, since they do not even care of any obvious facts.

I am really sorry to hear that you had a bad experience on United Wardrobe. Please note that you are allowed to return at item if the size in the item does not correspond with the size in the advertisement, if it is replica, or if the item does not match the advertisement at all (for example, if the item is severely damaged). In that way, we can protect our buyers.
We unfortunately also have to protect sellers, you are therefore not allowed to return an item if it does not fit or does not meet your standards (for example, if you do not like it).
Could you please send an e-mail to charlotte@unitedwardrobe.com. I am then able to look into this case a bit further. Please also give me your order number (ORD_)!

UW is great !
UW is a very good site with a lot of variety of clothes AND prices. The community is kind between each other and the support is always there when you need them. I recommand to sent a message at the owner before you buy anything, I had a problem with articles already sold who was no updated by the owner on the site. So you should sent a message before unless you don't have time to because you're afraid that the item will be sold in the meantime !

Nous ne volons d'argent à personne, soyez rassurée. Lorsqu'une commande est effectuée, l'argent revient au vendeur une fois que l'acheteur a reçu son colis et confirme vouloir le garder. Dans votre cas, vos commandes ont été bloquées pour des raisons qui vous ont déjà été communiquées.

United wardrobe really is the place to sell your second hand clothes, because there is a united wardrobe team between it so it is very safe. For example, a comme des garçons shirt I had ordered turned out to be fake, I had contact with the customer service and I was allowed to return the shirt! So if something goes wrong there is always a very sweet team to help you. Selling on the site works also top, so yeah definitely recommended!

Way too many fakes out there
Way too many fakes out there, including plenty of fake Chanel or Gucci bags. I thought selling a fake item isn‘t legal in EU. UW should have an eye on that!
