Outstanding experience with UNITS Moving and Portable Storage! The entire process was seamless, professional, and stress-free. Heather was absolutely incredible , friendly, responsive, and truly dedicated to making sure everything went perfectly. Her communication and customer service were top-notch, and she made what could have been a stressful move feel easy. If you want a company that genuinely cares about its customers, UNITS is the way to go. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience at the storage facility thanks to Denise. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. Denise took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood everything clearly. Her friendly attitude and willingness to go above and beyond really stood out. Customer service like hers is hard to find these days! If you need storage, I highly recommend this location and definitely ask for Denise. She truly made the whole experience easy and stress-free!

Highly recommend for moving and/or storage
Units was a great company to work with during a huge move for us. We had to pack up two 16 foot containers at different times. The drivers always showed up promptly, professionally and kind. The way they maneuver the pods is seriously so impressive too and fun to watch.
Guy, Heather and Kilesha at the main offices were also very helpful throughout the process.
They stored our belongings safely for almost 7 months, then drove them 3.5 hours down to our new home for drop off and pick up. If you need help storing or moving items, I would highly recommend!

Excellent Customer Service
My experience has been wonderful so far. We used the Charlotte location. I was in touch with Denise but booked it with Tania. They were both extremely helpful and so nice. The best thing about my experience was the gentleman that brought the unit to our home. His name is Dakota. He was amazing. I can't even put it into words. He deserves a big raise and he is definitely an asset to your company
