Service was provided promptly and exceeded my expectations.

Everything from quoting to pick-up was quick and easy.

The unit size was great for my need, however, I ended up not having it for the entire month I paid in advance, and was told a refund would be prorated back. That did not happen. I was charged for drop off and pick up and not given the prorated monthly rate for the unit or supplies back which likely would’ve evened out the drop off/pick up cost.

Easy to work with. Storage units were nice and clean and stay dry even through the worst of weather

Very helpful over the phone and rates are less then other companies that provide the same service.

I wanted quotes from 3 different vendors. 2 resulted in automated emails with the same info as the website, UNITS called me and a real person answered my questions, gave me recommendations and showed a genuine interest in what I needed as well as what would work best for me. Communication was always there, I needed to change dates/times and they were completely accommodating. I cannot think of any way it could have gone better.

When my condo flooded, Units immediately delivered a large very clean container for all my furniture. The container was placed in front of my attached garage for ease of loading it. A few days later, Units came out again to move the container to a less traveled area in the parking lot. I rented this container for several months. The price was perfect and the delivery was flawless. Thank you to Units!

Everything was great from beginning to end. The people were very responsive and friendly. Each Unit arrived and was picked up on time. No damage, units and blankets were clean. Great company to work with. Nothing was broken either!!

John was amazing! He worked with us to help us transition from one home to storage and then back to our new home! He was always available to answer questions and he was always so kind in all our conversation! Our unit was taken when we were done loading it to storage and then brought to our home when we were ready to unload it! Everything inside the unit was perfect with very little movement! I would highly recommend Units and if I ever needed storage again they would be the only storage place I would consider going with!

Delivery was timely and Unit was placed where I wanted it. Also was placed on wood blocks to protect the concrete. Pick up was also timely.

On a side note, I did work for Units in the office when they were on 124th street
