I called everywhere and not only did this local company have the very best prices. They were also the easy to work with and willing to work around my schedule. They dropped off the units exactly as expected when they said they would. I was very pleased.

Worked as expected

I called PODS first. They were rude and didn't have any regard for my belongings.

Then I called UNITS and spoke to Aden. He was so kind and helpful, I nearly cried. Moving is stressful and Aden helped to relieve my anxiety.

It's been a great experience.

This company was excellent to work with, from the start! I first checked in on Saturday to find out information about prices and dates and such. Sadie responded right away was super nice and gave me all the info I needed plus let me set up a reservations. I ended up renting three pods from them. The pods were very nice inside clean good sized. I got the largest ones and they were much better price than the “Pods” brand.
The man that delivered them, did it with efficiency and in a timely manner. I especially appreciated Steve who was fun to visit with and helped me with something I was trying to rearrange in the back of the one full unit. Rayne also did a good job. I had to rearrange dates a few times due to problems with closing time/dates and both Sadie and Celeste were great to work with on that as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone and if I ever have a need in the future, I would use them again!!

They were on time, friendly, and careful as they loaded our storage pod today. Especially grateful for Rayne Hinkle and the work he did to get the pod loaded safely and efficiently onto the transport truck. Highly recommend Units of Utah for their service which helped us older people get part of our move accomplished.

I could not be happier with the people of UNITS. The service was excellent, the driver was professional, knowledgeable, fun to talk to. There was a small mishap when picking it up. We were not home and the Unit hit a small planter box in the parking. They called right away to inform us and sent a check to replace it as soon as we sent them the bill. We will us them the next time we need any of their services.

Such an easy process. From booking the storage unit, to packing. We were able to load it up at our own speed. Now it’s headed to warehouse storage until we’re ready for it to be delivered to our new home. Delivery and pick up went smooth couldn’t have been any better! I was kept Informed every step of the way. Highly recommend this family owned company!!!

They have been the best for our move. The price was great and I was able to get an actual quote with drop off, pick up and transport to new location along with pick up from new address. PODs would only quote for a drop off with storage and then transport and I didn’t need storage between. Sadie, and Celeste communicated very well and were so helpful. Steve dropped off and picked up our units and was so friendly. Can’t say enough nice things about the team.

Great experience, people who knew what they were doing. On time pickup and delivery. Experienced delivery and pick up people. Knew how to use the donkeys lift, expertly. Would use them again. Front office friendly and on top of it.

Working with Units of Utah has been wonderful, all the way from Celeste and Sadie in the office, to Steve who delivered and picked up the Unit. They are all very friendly and helpful to ensure an easier packing and moving process. Steve was easy to work with and he made sure the unit was placed exactly where we needed it. We will definitely use Units for our future move.

I loved the fact they could deliver it and put it in a place out of the way. Other companies needed a bigger space to deliver and place. I only had about a 10’ clearance between the house and fence but there deliver system is awesome.
