I ordered the lipstick „tomato“ on 17.11.. I got a different shape and contacted the support which was very nice. They said I can keep the wrong lipstick and they send the right one to me. Till now, more than one month later, i dont have any Information about when I get the lipstick. My answers per email get ignored twice. I have the red lipliner but its useless without the red lipstick.
