All the people I’ve spoken to at Unity have been very friendly and helpful when renewing our insurance.

We have also got a claim in due to a tree falling on the building and they have been great on the phone and really patient with us. They have been very quick doing their side of things- us not so good due to volunteers not having much time but they are working with us to help.

Unity were very accessible and communicative, and sorted out our charity insurance with minimal hassle.

Our scout Group have used unity for insurance for a number of years, they are the best choice for our needs their knowledge of this sector us out standing their customer service is second to none, they make the process easy to do from start to Finnish I would recommend that any scout group looking for insurance, look at what unity can offer first.

Kinsbourne Explorer Scouts have used unity for Multiple Temporary Minibus Insurance Policies & Travel insurance for a visit abroad. We've never had the experience of having to make a claim. However the policies have always been simple to set up & unity have been responsive to all questions.

Renewal came in plenty of time, price was good, Advisor was informative. renewed and paid quickly via telephone.

Reminder for renewal came in good time. Correspondence was clear. Competitive price. Easy online payment option available.

Renewal quote was £950, after I had paid it 2 weeks went by then I recieved an email demanding another urgent payment of another £170 due an admin error. Not impressed

Apart from my initial message not being passed on to our account handler and having to phone back when I knew she had returned from holiday, everything else I went through with her was exceptional, being very prompt in getting the Group to a position where we were no longer under insured.

Having our own account executive Kylie was great for building relationships and continuity. She understood our requirements as both a large county and Activity center and suggested suitable improvements that would positively effect our premiums. Questions where answered quickly and professionally.

Terrible service. Poor advice when calling - different answers depending on who you speak to. Took eight attempts last year to provide us with accurate insurance documents! Absolutely not the best value on the market - contact a proper insurance broker with your Statement of Facts, explain you are a charitable organisation, and let the broker find you better cover that won't eat away at your subs! You'll be surprised when it comes in hundreds of pounds cheaper!
