Didn’t met timeframe. I had an appointment with USCIS and didn’t have a document I paid for by the time they promised to send it. And when I request refund they started telling me that I didn’t reply however I didn’t get any letters! Nothing. They are not responsible at all.

They never tell you that if they make mistakes and you need corrections, you need to wait another 24 hours for a correction. That was disappointing because I needed it in 24 hours.

This app forces you to give a star, they need an upgrade for -10 stars. This company offers the WORST translation service that I've seen in my life. I had a bad feeling since I ask for the quote. It was about $500, so we decided to excluded a document, and the new quote was higher. Less documents higher price. We tried again and the final quote was $10 less than the first. However, I needed the translations and approved this quote. The translations were sent on time, but I should say that it if they were made by a person, this person never has written in English in his life. There were words that does not exist in English, and the mistakes were massive. I believe that Google translate could make it better. Eleven documents with errors that were beyond of the reasonable typos or mistakes. Any consideration about date format. We asked for a refund and they said that they never turn money back despite the translation are worthless and the time that you waste trying to find an answer. They said that my translation will be assigned to an experienced translator. That means that the previous was a rookie or a Google translate website. I spent a whole day highlighting all the mistakes, and despite the complaint they never turned the money back. The final translations were sent 2 weeks later, but definitely I'm not going to waste more time on reviewing them.
