I made a order for live stock and a few other items on the 24th of July it’s now the 31st not only have I not received my order the owner when I called lied at first and said it had been dispatched which is confirmed when I called the shipping company and they said they had never received anything so I then said to the shipping company the owner mentioned their was a fault within the shipping companies tracking system which again was a lie because I was informed by the shipping company that in order to send an item you need a sticker which contains the tracking number so evidently I’ve been lied to the whole time and then to top it off when trying to contact them after speaking to him and letting him know I knew something wasn’t right with the whole situation and he also said a third company was dealing with the order which makes no sense because at no point was any tracking number or tracking sticker ever made.
JUST WANTED TO BRING TO ANYONES ATTENTION WHO IS ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY BECAUSE IVE BEEN LIED TO ORDER WAS NEVER EVEN SHIPPED ALSO NO TEACE ON TRUST PILOT WHICH AUTOMATICALLY RANG ALARM BELLS BUT I TRUSTED IT BECAUSE IT WAS ON CLEARPAY SO PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN USING THIS COMPANY.
