I had an outstanding experience working with Universal Book Publishing to Publish my book. Going in, I was a bit nervous this was new territory for me. and I wasn't sure what to expect form the publishing Process. But team made everything straightforward from the very first conversation, walking me through each stage so, I always knew what was coming next and never felt left in the dark.
What stood out most was their communication. Any time I had a question, I got a quick response no long waits or chasing people down. They also took my feedback seriously at every review stage, making adjustments where I asked and explaining their reasoning where they had a different suggestion, which made me feel like a real collaborator in he process rather then just a client.
The final product exceeded my expectations it looked polished and professional, on par with anything i'd expect from a major publisher. Between the quality of the finished book and how smooth the whole process was, I felt genuinely well taken care of from start to finish.
