Prompt delivery, but expensive postage for one bottle

thank you for your review Amanda. We offer free postage for bulk items. unfortunately, An post put up their commercial post rates a number of times since 2021 and we have only now passed this onto our customers as we cannot continue to absorb the costs. We must use tracked express post and must declare the carriage of liquids. If this changes in the future or we source a different courier company which is reliable and timely, we are looking for one !, we will of course pass this onto our customers.

Ordered 180 euros worth of products

Ordered 180 euros worth of products, never received the items. Emailed to check the status as I didn’t even get a tracking email, still no response. Very frustrated at this point

Hi Briggitte, thank you for your review. We have a high volume of orders but send them every day at 2pm by express post, except Mondays when we are closed. Your order was placed on the 12th of July and sent by express post on the 13th of July. I have just tracked your order and it is showing in your location's sorting office. As it was not signed for it is there awaiting you to call to collect it with ID. The post personnel will not leave tracked post without a signature.
