Taylor has managed my pension schemes for more than 5 years now, as well as advising on life cover, and he has always provided an exceptionally thorough and professional service. He is proactive in giving advice and preparing for annual reviews, and I know I can completely trust him to serve my best interests. His colleague at Universe Financial Advice, Sharon, is also very proactive, helpful, efficient and responsive, and I am happy to highly recommend their services.

I contacted Taylor for advice about my pensions as well as what to do with some inheritance money. After a chat about my circumstances he clearly laid out what he does for his clients and how he does it.

Although it turned out myself and my partner (who also decided to ask for advice) were doing all the right things already, he gave us a few tips and it was so helpful to have that reassurance. He also did some retirement modelling for us so we could see what kind of income we're looking at retiring on based on our current contributions which was great.

I wasn't sure that I had the right level of insurance cover to support the needs of my changing family set up. Taylor was great and completed a thorough assessment of what cover I had and what the potential gaps were. Afterwards I felt really confident that the level of protection I already had was actually pretty good with some small additions. I found he was really approachable and his attention to detail is excellent. It has been great to know that I have someone that I can rely on for my own financial advice but also who I can recommend to friends and family.
