Crazy, not realistic exchange rates and „mark ups” when you choose by mistake wrong currency in the shop, so eg. for a transaction of 256 euro value, you will lose 24 euros if you are not careful and choose to be charged in chf. There is no humane explanation for such a high cost of this service.
